Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hormiga Dormida ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to the desktop application, the web platform, and any related services operated by Hormiga Dormida.

The Service

Hormiga Dormida is an ads operator that helps you manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X. The Service can:

• Connect to your advertising accounts via OAuth
• Read campaign performance data and account status
• Execute operator-approved actions like pausing campaigns or adjusting budgets
• Provide recommendations and alerts based on account activity

The Service acts on your behalf and only within the permissions you explicitly grant. All mutations to your ad accounts require your approval before execution.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when connecting ad platform accounts.

• Keep your credentials secure and do not share them
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Your Responsibility

Hormiga Dormida manages real advertising spend. You acknowledge that:

• Actions you approve (budget changes, campaign status changes) affect real ad spend
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all mutations before execution
• Campaign performance outcomes are not guaranteed by the Service
• You must comply with all applicable advertising platform policies and laws

The Service provides tools and recommendations. The final decision to act is always yours.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hormiga Dormida. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your ad account data, campaign configurations, or any content you create or manage through the Service.

Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hormiga Dormida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of ad spend, lost revenue, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and disconnecting your ad platform accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users or third-party platforms.

Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your machine. You can request deletion of any server-side data by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the application or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
